Festivals
We work with festivals in multiple capacities. We can act as a lodging partner and provide onsite accommodations to concert attendees. We also partner with festivals on their VIP experiences. From overall concept to design and implementation, we work hand in hand with the festival team to create a truly unique concert experience for their higher tier ticket holders.
Pop Up Hotel
Planning an event with no nearby hotels? We’ve got you. We offer turnkey lodging services inclusive of a hotel lobby tent, check-in staff, amenity tent, restrooms & showers, food and beverage management, and security. Our variety of price points and accommodation options meet the needs of most groups and help our event partners plan an event just about anywhere.
Corporate
Nature sparks creativity. We help companies get outside for team building retreats, unconference weekends, hackathons and survivalist competitions. We work with each group to help figure out the goals for their offsite and recommend locations, programming, and activities accordingly.
Weddings
Here at Shelter Co. we love weddings. Our wedding production services tackle the full scope of the weekend and often involve location scouting, customized event design, farm to table meals, and high touch guest management. Our goal is to create a level of comfort and luxury expected at a five-star hotel without the restrictions of a traditional wedding venue.
