About Shelter CO

We’ve been called many things. Glamping company. Mobile hotel. Outdoor party supplier. We are all those things and more. We started this business in 2012 because we were looking to fill a void in the event market. We needed a solution to allow people to throw large, complex, multi-day events in the middle of nowhere. At the time, glamping was not a well known concept and the idea of using sleeping tents for events was not on most people’s radar. How times have changed. As the concept has evolved so have our offerings. We are one of the fastest growing rental companies in the country providing not only sleeping tents but lounge furniture, dining tables, decorative rugs, lounge tents, seating, and more. We now design and manufacture over 50% of our rental offerings to ensure the highest possible quality. This also allows us to create custom designs to meet our client’s individual needs.

Although Shelter Co. is headquartered in Northern California, we travel nationwide and have produced events in 13 states and counting. We spend our summers crisscrossing the country and get to work in incredible locations.
