Even though it’s the part the guests never see, we’re particularly proud of the planning and logistics required to pull off this decor job. BottleRock takes place at the end of our busiest month so we had inventory arriving from events all over California. An additional crew onsite cleaned, assembled, and assessed every item that couldn’t go to the warehouse first for processing. Stairs weren’t attached to the suites until the final install day, so our trucks were carefully packed and palletized so the furniture could be forklifted in. As long as it looks great and guests are happy, we don’t care how many meetings and spreadsheets it takes to get there.
