Give us a call for a custom quote. Based on the type of trip, guest count, budget, and overall vision, we will help you figure out your exact needs and how we can work best together. Below is a guide to the Shelter basics.
Step 1: Finalize your location. If you already have a spot in mind for your trip, we would love to learn more about it. If you need help finding the perfect location, we have a long list of available properties in both Northern and Southern California. We will work closely with you to figure out the right fit for your trip.
Step 2: Determine the size of your group and reserve the appropriate number of tents. A deposit is required to hold the tents but your guests can book directly through us to avoid the hassle of money changing hands. Once all your tents have been reserved by individual guests, your deposit will be refunded.
Step 3: Decide what services you need. We can provide just the bare necessities (tents and restrooms) or can manage your entire weekend from catering and entertainment needs to activities and trip design. Our team has the combined production experience of over 100 trips so we like to believe anything is possible.
